We only list templates with professional design because that is what the template users need.
A good template should have nice layout design, good color matching and image quality. A template might not have all the 3 components mentioned above but if it has a nice layout design with normal image quality, it will still get a listing here. We leave this to the template selection team to decide whether a template could pass this test.
