BloggerStyles always wants to provide the best service for our precious bloggers. However, since the JavaScript hosting for our Blogger templates have seriously exceeded our bandwidth, we are here to announce that we would stop the JavaScript file hosting for all of our Blogger templates taking effect on 10 April 2008 Malaysian Time (GMT +8.00).
In fact, we were supposed to stop the hosting service mid of March, but I’m worrying that our template users would not be able to change their hosting server within such a short time. With this in mind, I have discussed with the co-owner of this site, and he agreed to extend the JavaScript file hosting for more than 3 weeks, which is our very limit of the bandwidth.
We would host the JavaScript file for our template such as Zinmag Remedy and Zinmag Primus for more 7 days, and probably stop our hosting service at 10 April 2008 Malaysian Time (GMT +8.00).
When we stop our JavaScript hosting service, your JavaScript feature such as Step Carousel in Zinmag Remedy and Content Slider in Zinmag Tribune would stop functioning, unless you host the JavaScript in other functioning file hosting site.
As I want to help you in moving from our hosting to other hosting server, I have searched across the web and found some free hosting site for you. Although the hosting size is fixed, the hosting speed depends on different countries, I would list all the sites and information for you to consider:
HotLinkFiles: 1000MB free hosting, 4000MB Bandwidth
FileAve: 30MB free hosting, 1000MB Bandwidth
Geocities: 15MB free hosting, 4.2MB hourly Bandwidth
Although some Bloggers use Google Page to host the JavaScript, I personally feel that it might not be a good solution in the long term, as we all know that Google is about to move the Google Page into the Google Site’s service, and the Google Site does not allow the user to host the JavaScript file currently.
Changing the hosting link is quite easy. After you have hosted your JavaScript in certain server, you can access into your blog’s layout and under the ‘Edit HTML’ tab, search and find the code like this:
http://bloggerstyles.com/data/templates/000/Zinmag-Primus/js/jquery-1.2.6.min.js
Just replace the ‘http://bloggerstyles.com/data/templates/000/Zinmag-Primus’ with your hosted JavaScript file link, ‘Save Template’ to activate your JavaScript!
That’s all we can suggest, and we sincerely hope that you can find your best hosting server for your precious blog. Thanks for your patience and understanding, we always want to provide the best to you, and surely we would continue our free Blogger template review and support for you, thanks!

If you are looking for the .js files you can download them here:

just go into the js folder when you download it and then host those files on your own sites.

Hi, I got this link from Boonto’s blog & check some skin but honestly I don’t understand what’s the important of Java Script.
Is it mean I can’t use the skin just like that? just by copy paste it?
Thanks.
I can host the scripts if there is enough interest and donations to cover the cost of the bandwidth. What would you see as a fair price to pay? Looking for free unreliable servers is not in your best interest.
Thanks for your comment and recommendation!
I’m afraid that we cannot afford your offer, hope for next great partnership.

I can provide the hosting of the script for either a donation for use or linking to my site in exchange. Guaranteed 100% uptime… not on the free servers that are unreliable.

hi, for twitter updated part how can i edit it with the code in this page?
i cant find it in my blog HTML
The safest (and most reliable) solution would be to host your JavaScripts on Google Code (code.google.com). This is intended for developers, and has become an excellent free hosting solution for the gadgets and Blogger scripts I’m developing. This way you can still host the scripts for your readers with no expense
Let me know if you need any advice on this – I’d be happy to help!
I found another free javascript hosting. http://www.yourjavascript.com
It give a private javascript file access also.
Hey, I came across this blog post while searching for help with JavaScript. I have recently changed browsers from Chrome to IE. Just recently I seem to have a issue with loading JavaScript. Every time I browse page that requires Javascript, my computer does not load and I get a “runtime error javascript.JSException: Unknown name”. I cannot seem to find out how to fix the problem. Any aid is very appreciated! Thanks
